At Eletro Place, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, giving you 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return request. Please refer to our refund policy for detailed instructions.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria: it should be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original, unaltered packaging. Please include all accompanying items, such as user manuals, parts, and accessories. Unfortunately, any return showing signs of being opened, used, or damaged will forfeit eligibility for a refund or exchange.
Please note that our return policy does not apply to cases of change of mind or compatibility issues if the product packaging has been unsealed. Ensure your device is compatible with our products before purchase.
Return Process
To start a return, please log into your account and request a return through the designated section on our website.
Initiate the return process within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returned items must include all accessories and parts in the original packaging. Missing items will void the 30-day money-back guarantee.
After Approval
If your return request is approved, please note that you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, as well as any applicable fees, including a restocking fee of €10, or between 10% and 25% of the order value. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customs Duties, Taxes, and Fees
For returns from outside the European Union, please be aware that you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with the return. If the return package is delayed in customs, you must resolve the issue and cover any additional costs. We cannot retrieve packages held in customs or cover associated fees.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). If you have any questions or concerns about your item, please contact us. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If the return is damaged due to improper packaging, we may not be able to process the refund or exchange.
Tracking Your Return
If you are required to cover the return shipping costs, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your item. Keep the tracking number until we have confirmed receipt and processed your refund. We cannot guarantee refunds or exchanges for items that are not returned using a trackable method.
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may be eligible for a gift exchange or store credit, rather than a refund. Please contact us for further instructions on returning a gift.
