When can I expect my order to arrive?

Can I change my shipping address?
To change your shipping address, please e-mail the updated address to contato@eletroplace.com .Please include your order number and correct address.
Once the order ships, we can no longer change the address. You will have to contact the shipping company directly. If this is the case, contact our support team and, they will assist you.
Can I cancel my order?
All cancelation requests must be made asap. Once you've received the e-mail stating your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

What do I do if my shipment arrived damaged?
